Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else.
What we collect
When you submit the form we store your name, company, email, phone number if given, what you are interested in, where you are based, and your message. The site uses no cookies and no tracking.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you want one, to send a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a message you sent us.
How long
Enquiries are stored in the form tool of Netlify, which hosts the site, and deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless it has become a customer relationship, in which case ordinary accounting rules apply.
Who
The data controller is PLATANUS AS, org. no. 925 510 483, Oslo, Norway. Netlify, Inc. processes form submissions on our behalf. We do not share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing the address in the footer. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
